Addresses DOCS-60 Jira issue. This PR:

Updates the reference entry for tableIndexConfig.segmentPartitionConfig.columnPartitionMap
Updates the example table index configuration in the table reference doc to use columnPartitionMap
Adds a new Ingestion FAQ explicitly stating that Pinot supports multi-column partitioning and gives a configuration example. This will eventually be moved to the WIP "Edit table configurations" procedure section.

@Jackie-Jiang this looks to be distinct from multiple comparison column configurations. I’m happy to look this over more thoroughly, but is that what you were thinking of?
