add v2 null handling #310

This PR adjusts the Null value support page to include support for the multi-stage query engine by doing a copy/paste/edit of the existing section with details for the single-stage query engine. It also adds notes for upgrading from single to multi.

Null handling is very complex in Pinot and therefore it is mandatory to have a precise documentation

Precise documentation is always the goal of technical writers. I have reverted all changes except the one paragraph you approved of. Please let us know if there are further changes needed in the future.
