What's the reason? The ServerMap on the ppweb page does not display the microservice agent information, but the Inspector has data. #11202

The version we are using is 2.5.2 No exception is found in the agent logs. What is the cause?

Why is there no data on the ServerMap?

The current data IP address of the Inspector is lost. kweekshcct-u67pp-pinpoint (2).log

The Inspector contains the IP address and port information in the last three hours, but there is a hard disk and a downward arrow next to it. When Realtime is selected, the message "Application Inspector is not enabled" is displayed in the Inspector.

The CPU usage of the JVM reaches 100%.

What causes this and how do I troubleshoot it? I don't know why because there are no errors. Can you help me to find out what is the cause? Or which code do I need to look at? Is it a problem?
