It could be a problem with jar files. Delete jar file and try again.
even i delete all cache under .m2 folder and try install again. I still get same error.
then, I try to delete thrift module. and run mvn install command , I get error: protobuf does not exist.
I try to develop a plugin so i need build pinpoint.
Could you provide any other idea?

I think it would be better to delete Chinese characters from the .m2 directory path
maybe. Last night, I try build in ubuntu of WSL, and finally work. Thanks for you time.
@emeroad I change the .m2 path in windows and try again. it works. So for everyone encounter same problem, the path need be consist of english letters and numbers.
