Moved github access token to headers #44

Authentication on Github using query parameters will be removed and I have therefore moved them to the headers. https://developer.github.com/changes/2020-02-10-deprecating-auth-through-query-param/ This fixes issue #36.

@jo1gi Do we need to update anything on the README for this?

EDIT: Just saw that the travis build broke. I'll have to see what the cause of the problem is there aswell.

@pinpox No. It's just a change in how the files are downloaded.
