Explain how national averages change through time.

Would be nice to include a list of which fish are new to the average and which fish have left (species on the move).

The current view of the OceanAdapt home page includes a red marker in the middle of the country and it is not clear that this marker represents the national average. Changes to make the national average more clear could include:

• [ ] Create a pop up "National Average" that appears when you hover over the marker on the home screen.
• [ ] Create text that explains which regions are included in the national average, why, and how that data changes over time as species move into and out of those regions on the National Average page.
• [ ] Create info about fish that are new to the average this year and fish that have left the average this year on the National Average page.
