Publisher meta data #21

For data sources I think we should link to the original data download website when possible. It'd also be good to have a contact name and email address, and an organization.

But the availability and applicability of such information could vary greatly across surveys.

That's really great meta data for AI, but I'm not sure that format will be available everywhere.

Now I just need to figure out how to link to the website.

For now I will put it under methodStep dataSource="url as character".

I'll open a new issue if it needs it.
