06_identity-protocol.Rmd is not assigning the same gen_id to genotype matches #35

investigate-fish-obs.Rmd found that there are fish that are genetic recaptures, tag_id recaptures and have the same fish_indiv, but do not have the same gen_id. Something is wrong with the code.
