update more info link #118

Updated the "more information" link from ".../getting-started/scopes/" (redirected to different page) to the most recent URI, appending anchor so page opens at section. Done to save anyone pasting the link from the stdout into the browser time.

I put a task on my to-do list to update all of the rest of the documentation links.

I also have a fix for the failing git build action that I'll check-in with my next PR.
