move to slack_sdk

According to https://slack.dev/python-slack-sdk/v3-migration/

the slackclient project is in maintenance mode now and this slack_sdk project is the successor.

closes #52

tested via unit tests as well as slackminion --config config.yaml.example --test and slackminion --config config.yaml.example
