I went ahead and fixed some of the things that stood out when testing building the plugins with GCC and cross-compiling.
VDubFilter had issues with User32.lib and VBitmap.h not being found. Simplifying the link_requirements like avs_core had its simplified fixed the User32.lib issue, while the other was just a case sensitivity issue with the include.
The lib- prefixes on the plugins are now gone when building for Windows.
32-bit builds had some issues with avisynth.h, before I realized it was being hit by the issue that led to the need for the switch in capi.h. Once I forced that on for the plugins, all of those errors disappeared.
Changes in line endings were masking other changes that were being committed, so I added a .gitattributes file and fixed the non-matching line endings.
I updated the Visual Studio build instructions. I'll be adding GCC (native and cross) instructions and a Clang stub in future revisions.
