Standard resizers don't process alpha plane #43

Bug report: it seems that the standard resizers (spline16, bicubic, and bilinear, at least) don't process the alpha planes of YUVA clips. Report from: https://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?p=1891701#post1891701
