Migrate Modal to Status Bar overlay #72

With the next versions of Camunda Modeler, the toolbar will be removed and new slots will be available. Therefore this plugin should be migrated to work with the new Status Bar. Furthermore, it should use an Overlay to fit the new design architecture.
