DuckEncoder: ALT-SHIFT Does not Work #5

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use ALT SHIFT or ALT-SHIFT in Ducky Script
2. run java -jar encoder.jar -i myscript.txt
3. Plug duck into Windows OS

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
ALT-SHIFT should swap language

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Firmware 2, Duck Encoder v2.2, Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

Now Fixed. Recommend Downloading New Encoder Version 2.3
