Unify indent of shell scripts and workflow yamls

I think if we add that right now it might be annoying for people as things will suddenly fail that are otherwise fine. I'd be up for normalising that across repos, but we should probably do independent PRs to fix that first and only then introduce the enforcement through a change here.
