[Send Money] Platform fee is not added into the final amount #5

Steps To Reproduce Bug

  1. Log In Into User Account
  2. Enter Source and Destination Country
  3. Enter send amount and convert.
  4. Select sender and receiver payment method and click on 'Continue' button.
  5. Select receiver and click on continue

Expected result Platform fee should add into the amount user is sending

Actual result Platform fee deducted from the amount user is sending
