[OTP Verification] Multiple OTP attempts are not limited. #75

Bug solution

Solved the bug where OTP attempts weren't limited on clicking verify-otp button.
It shows a pop-up after reaching three attempts of incorrect OTPs and adds a cooldown of 2 minutes.

Other tweaks

Made sure user entity fields like otpExpiration and cooldownExpiration are cleared after successful verification.
Showing and hiding appropriate messages depending on action the user performs.
