[Add Receiver] Receiver added when user attempts to add receiver with account balance above the limit.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Select a Source and Destination country from respective Dropdown
2. Enter Send Amount > Account Balance
3. Click On Convert Button
4. Choose "Bank Account" payment method for Delivery and "Card Details" method to Pay amount
5. Click On 'Continue' Button
6. Add receiver details with account balance above the limit.

Expected Result

• Receiver should not be added with account balance above the limit.

Actual Result

• Receiver added with with account balance above the limit.
