Dawn tour style issues - Githubissues

[ ] Tour can not be started again if it is skipped
[x] Header and Version is hidden under the top header
[x] Status indicator is hidden under the top header
[x] Editor is slightly off (on the top)
[x] File Operations is off (too large)
[x] Console Settings is off (reduce left and right)
[x] Editor Settings is off (reduce left)
[x] Update software is getting cut off at the top and doesn't point to any button
[x] IP address tool tip is cut off
