Crash when changing to Set Speed immediately after takeoff #136

I get a complete hang in Pioneer if I try to change the flight mode to 'Set Speed' whilst the craft is lifting off at a starbase. To get around this it works if you just wait until the upwards thrusters cut out.

Windows version, bug in place since Alpha 10.

Not able to replicate this in Linux.

Not able to replicate with win7x64.

Unable to replicate this on osx - perhaps it is now been fixed?

Not deliberately. None of the recent commits seem to touch the flight controls or physics. Either the original report was for something unique to that user, or it's very difficult to replicate.

It seems to have rectified itself in the latest nightly build, which it strange because it was a reproducable crash that I could do every single time. Perhaps it was simply unique to me ...
