Improve OpenGL diagnostics #767

At minimum, add glGetString(GL_VENDOR), GL_RENDERER and GL_VERSION info to printout.

Would be also nice to list all supported extensions and dump it to log. There's glGetString(GL_EXTENSIONS) but it is deprectated beyond GL2.x. We might still be able to use that, and if GL_VERSION >= 3 do something else (glGetInteger(GL_NUM_EXTENSIONS) & loop through them?). glewInfo does it a bit more extensively
