plugin.video.polishtv.live "Time" #51

Hello guys,

I have installed plugin.video.polishtv.live-0.0.4-1 rev 123 on my ATV2/XBMC. 
Everything works perfect but when i watch any of the weeb.tv's channels it 
works for a period of time and it stopped and i have to wait a period of time 
too to make it work again!!. 

What do I need exactly, 
Do i need to get a premium account? Or
Do I need a polish proxy?

I am in the USA, if it is required a premium account how I can a pay for it?

I appreciate any help in advance.

It is a limit set by weeb.tv for "free users". You have to get a premium 
account to skip this restriction.
