Add word count #6

The best Markdown tool out there, now with Word Count. I've added a minimalist word count next to the editor controls that gets updated when the editor preview is updated.

Just did ;-) I edited the commits to fit the project's coding style and improve a couple of minor things I didn't want to bother you with, and squashed everything into a single commit.
