Basic command-line tools such as hey and vegeta can perform load testing simply, while lack of scripting means they’re unable to simulate anything remotely resembling real traffic onto a site, app or API and they often produce fixed and limited statistics.
We'd like to avoid to make a feature which isn't used in production use. I'm considering supporting a load generator tool that is scriptable in a popular, high-level language. The candidates are:
