use new API 1.9 for send TP info and other information to XBMC #114

Hi i saw finly we get API wich could send more information to XBMC jak freq of TP, satelite provider name etc.

Nice will be if this info XVDR will be could send over API to XBMC. Will be more easy use this in SKIN like this one :)
