I have the exact same result using VDR 1.7.23 + VNSI. Maybe problem with my new Cine S2 V6 or a simple signal problem.

Cine S2 V6: status SCVYL | signal 66% | snr 83% | ber 1 | unc -25121418 | FE_HAS_LOCK lags, lower signal, slower
I think the BER value is important as it is the Bit Error Rate

On VDR 1.7.27 right now with xvdr plugin from actual git xbmc Eden with addon from git
I am facing lags during HD live TV.
