Some UK MPEG2 channels have no picture #85

Since the parser re-write, I'm finding that all the MTV and Discovery channels broadcast on Astra 28.2E (UK) in MPEG2 have sound but no picture.

When the channel is selected in XBMC, I see the that buffering climbs steadily to 100% (normally only gets to 15%-20% before picture displays), with sound cutting in-and-out, which I presume is caused by the picture and sound getting out-of-sync. Screen remains entirely blank. On rare occasions 1 picture frame may appear.

Did you try with the latest master ?

Last version I tried with was this commit:

I'll re-fetch tonight and give it another try.
