It looks like a good 1-to-1 conversion (after several commits to fix), but I have made some changes in 75530dd, you can view the generated result at https://livibetter.github.io/pipeseroni.github.io/.
Most significant change is that I have replaced all the project-level gh-page links with their repository links. I made the decision partly because pipeseroni/pipes.sh#46 broke the CSS background image, which was hard-coded in eea90e2e5846a74502515bbee3f722d47c92db2a.
Six branches from six repos to fix, either I rename back, or I'd just remove the gh-page links, I chose latter as there really has nothing important from the pages.
Although it looks alright, I am not familiar with Jekyll and all those stuff (SCSS, ...), if anything looks suspiciously incorrect, let me know. I also remove bits of text, because I deem them unnecessary, let me know if you want me to add them back.
