Incorrect "End command" line detection #42

I have found that manager incorrectly cut greeting messages. I have tried Asteriks.IO before and there are not such problem. Some of my events ends with line --END SMS EVENT--, but in your code I see that only --END COMMAND-- are cut.

Can you fix it, please?
