Blank page PDF #1

Blank page PDF is 12KB seems excessive to me. I used Ghostscript to make a single blank page PDF, and it is only 2105 bytes long, which still seems a bit excessive to me but it is shorter than the one you have. The result is the same; it is a single blank page.

The PostScript source code for making a single blank page (which I used as the input to Ghostscript) will be:

Ha, I love the single word/command input for that!

The tricky thing in terms of the philosophy of the project is that my objective is to try to do nothing as much as possible, so learning ghostscript etc. doesn't necessarily fit the bill. I guess it's really more about the software of creation rather than the format in that sense, right? So file size, rather than being problematic or "further from nothing" is kind of interesting because it tells us there must be a ton of irrelevant stuff in there that's still someone equivalent to nothing. Your showpage example is perfect really!
