Add some more badges to README and move them below title #300

Adds some more useful badges:

npm download count
bundled and minified size
npm package size

Also I moved them below the title which is what most projects do.

Thanks... I'm not much of a badge guy so I don't pay too much attention to them. Appreciate the suggestion

You're welcome. I like especially these size badges as they quickly let one judge whether a module is bloated. For this module, it's especially important to highlight the size difference to all those other modules that embed pdf.js 😆.
