Testbed rewrite and upgrade

• Testbed is rewritten in typescript
• Testbed api is simplified and doesn't require a callback to start
• Testbed runs with vite in dev mode, and reload instantaneously

I had to use new to create objects, because vite loads ES modules in the browser without compiling them.
