icons not showing up Ubuntu 12.04 LTS - 32bit #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.sudo copied the icons into the /usr/share/pixlmap/pidgin/protocols/ folder 
and put the icons in their right places, but they don't show up.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Ubuntu Precise 12.04LTS 32bit

Please provide any additional information below.
