documentation: dependancy on facebook plugin should be noted on project homepage #2

If any version since 1.2 of the libokcupid plugin is installed without
eionrobb's facebook chat plugin also having been installed the libokcupid
plugin does not work.

I haven't confirmed the following but I suspect they're both dependent on 
libjson-glib.dll which the facebook chat installer adds to Pidgin.  The
easy fix is to install facebook chat whether you use facebook or not.

You have to re-install both after each upgrade of Pidgin, too.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OS: MS Windows Vista
pidgin: 2.6.2
pidgin-facebookchat: 1.61
okcupid-pidgin: an unpublished build from August 1st, 2009.

Please provide any additional information below.

Odd.  I wasn't given the option to set "Type" and "Priority" to anything other 
than
defect and medium.
