Automatically adds incoming chatters to the buddy list

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have someone initiate a chat with you
2. Check your Pidgin buddy list, they are now a buddy, even after they log
off.  I can imagine this becoming quite annoying after a while, hehe.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would like them not to be a buddy unless I explicitly add them.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using whatever version was in svn as of 1/6/09.  Running on 64-bit
Linux (KUbuntu, Pidgin).

Please provide any additional information below.
I might look into fixing this myself.  But, I thought I'd better fill out a
report anyways.  Thanks a lot for creating this plugin.
