Select between 32 and 64 bits #2

Allow to select about what instance to generate, a 32 bits one or a full-fledged 64 bits one, since the spec allow for both. This has a direct impact on low-end FPGAs, bigger ones are really expensive (thousand dollars) and a 32 bits one would use less resources.

Clossing since it's done in master, although the wasm64 spec is not crafted yet, but it's currently possible to build a stripped-down version supporting only 32 bits operations.
