Sorted notables, separated not affected #101

Since a lot of people are using this page as the place to find sites they use that might be affected, I've sorted notables and separated the not affected sites for easier browsing.

-1 I sorted the notable section based on the likelyhood of a Hackernews reader caring about that site (e.g money sites first). I think the alexa 10,000 should be sorted in their alexa order, which another PR covers.
