Sort top 10,000 sites by Alexa ranking, remove duplicates from unique list #97

As in the title, sorted the top 10k sites by Alexa ranking, added a list sorted by Alexa ranking, and removed duplicates from sorted_unique_cf.txt

This is great, let do this for our updated README list (we have to keep the linked blog posts). We're also planning on splitting the master list by alphabet:

a/
    aa.txt
    ab.txt
    ....
b/
    ba.txt
    ...
z/
   ...

Thanks for the help @wolever! I'm working on archiving this list, as part of that work I may consider sorting it, but for now I'm closing this to clean up the issue backlog.
