The apibay site is down #28

The apibay API site is down showing 403 Nginx errors. Do I need all sites API to unblock them?

I need a sample of Nginx config file can I edit it using Dreamweaver ? config.txt

here is my config file, can anyone can help me in making changes onto ngnix config file
