Cannot install Smash Brother Brawl #6

I am actually having trouble with Smash Brothers Brawl (USA).wbfs I can get it to build but every time I run the tool it comes out a different size sometime less than a gig, once around 5 gigs when I ran it with "Dont Trim" turned on, but that couldnt be moved to the SD card because one of the .app files was over 4gb. And finally around 2.6GB with Wiimmfi enabled. When I try install it using WUP Installer GX2 it says 0FFFCFFE9 access failed (no USB storage attached) which leads me to believe the WUP is corrupted somehow. The Original wbfs is close to 8GB so all these WUP seem small but I haven't been able to successfully package any Wii games yet so I have no idea. The Gamecube WUP files I've made all build and install no problem to the same USB.

according to the compat list we are supposed to use Xenoblade Chronicles instead of Rhythm Heaven, I would try that but I can't figure out how to change the key once its saved in the tool.

I don't remember the details right now but Super Smash Bros. Brawl has many more different partitions than the usual (each virtual console demo uses one, I think), As far as I know, the Wii U virtual console-converted Wii game can only have one, and the conversion tool tries to find the main game partition, what's obviously failing here.
