Css layout works as responsive in plain html and in React, but doesn't work in Vue. Page is not responding to resonsive grid in Vue !!!

Do we want to do our basic styles with Bootstrap? I'd consider building a propper semantic class structure, then append bootstrap/whatever classes via preprocessor to ensure maintainability. Does this sound good?

Work plan:

Arbitrary choose a color palette
Add sass processing
Add Bootstrap sass
Style with classes
Add our arbitrary palette
Do a cleanup -> move classess to mixins and only style semantic classess
