PyYAML pinned at 5.4? #17

Any reason why PyYAML is pinned at 5.4 in setup.py?

Seems to work fine with later versions, but I haven't done any extensive testing. It would be nice to unpin it if possible, as it sometimes creates hard-to-resolve requirements in some of my projects.
