I'm planning to extend the syntax of CONTAINER_TITLE like %CONTAINER_TITLE(prefix, suffix)% to accept arbitrary separator, because "title (container name)" looks more natural for Japanese people. Is it acceptable?

I agree, it makes sense.

By recent changes I changed the syntax for convenience.

%CONTAINER_URL% now always contain the URL of the tab. (But it equals to regular %URL% for default containers.)
%CONTAINER_NAME% is added as the alias of %CONTAINER_TITLE%.
_HTMLIFIED suffixed versions are also available.
