I am not able to modify tree #25

I can move a tab (drag/drop) under a different parent (branch) to make it a child. However, how do I make it a child at its current location? The instructions mention "If you focus to the tab bar, Ctrl-Up/Down/Right/Left can be used to modify tree.". However, this does not work; how do I "focus the tab bar"?

Anyway, actually a tab with no existing child can become a new parent for a tab which is desired to be a new child. However, by some reasons, sometimes, it is difficult to drop a tab onto a tab. Currently I have no idea to solve the problem, I still need contribution...
