Disable auto-suspension of tabs that are playing sound (livestream, youtube, radio player, etc.) #65

I've noticed that the auto-suspension feature also suspends tabs that may be active in the time.

Should it be taken into account so they are auto-excluded or do we need to settle for setting exceptions ?

This would be a great feature indeed. If it's too difficult, a context menu item to manually disable unloading for the current or selected tab would be the next best thing.

I checked the source and found that pinned tabs are not suspended. That's close enough for me. @xbouroseu Just pin the music playing tab.
