Tabs position reset with FF re-launch

If you relaunch FF, then tabs par position will be reset to 'On Top'.

Using latest Nightly 2014-01-21 with TST add-on. OS: Win 7 x64

This also affects new windows. Disabling then re-enabling the extension works around the problem.

The commit e06de5d61197959f1333823e27331fb8200ced3c should fix this.
