Incorrect appearance when used with Tree Style Tab #17

Using Tabs on Bottom combined with Tree Style Tab has two problems for me:

  1. Tabs on Bottom changes the background color of the toolbar.
  2. Behind the menu button, an X is visible (upper-right corner).

I am on Firefox 46.0 running Windows 10 Pro (64-bit), with Tabs on Bottom version 0.7.1 and Tree Style Tab 0.17.2016031101. I recently upgraded from Windows 7 to Windows 10, and I don't think I had any problems in Windows 7, which makes me suspicious that Windows 10 has something to do with it.

This addon makes background color of the toolbar transparent. https://github.com/piroor/tabsonbottom/blob/master/skin/WINNT.css I think that the file must be updated for Windows 10, but currently I have no private PC with Windows 10...
