Bookmarks toolbar changes position from normal below address toolbar to above address toolbar. Please fix this bug to make your add-on work properly. Can't use until repaired. (Firefox 48.0.2 and Mac OS 10.8.5) Thank you very much!

Good-Normal what's supposed to appear: what s supposed to happen

Bad-Booksmarks toolbar now flips to top when your add-on is activated: tabsonbottom activated

Also observed for Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64; rv:51.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/51.0 and Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; Win64; x64; rv:53.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/53.0

Original (incorrect) appearance

The issue can be worked around by entering and immediately exiting the Customize mode (no extra actions are required), but no one will be doing this upon every browser startup.

Correct appearance after leaving the Customize mode

Confirmed the bug occurs in Linux as well.
