I've installed the addon on all my operating systems - Mac (10.7.X), Linux (Fedora 19 X32), Windows (Win7 X32/X64 and WinXP X32).
When starting Firefox (29.0.1) initially or during a restart on Windows, the addon does NOT move the tabs to the bottom.
Only after disabling and enabling do the tabs move to the bottom.
Works fine on Linux.
Have not seen it recently on Mac.
