causes Locationbar^2 to use default preferences #109

I didn't know whether to file this with Locationbar^2 or this, but they don't seem to have any sort of bug tracker, so...

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/locationbar%C2%B2/

When TST is enabled, Locationbar^2 ignores its preferences and uses the default ones (at least, I think they are: breadcrumbs, bold domain name, spacing, visible Go button). Making changes in its preferences while TST is still enabled does nothing.

Which version do you use? What platform? I couldn't reproduce the problem on my testing environment:

ikn commented 13 years ago

Locationbar^2 1.0.6 Tree Style Tab 0.11.2011021901 Firefox 4.0.1 (I'm actually using a PGO build from AUR, but that shouldn't make a difference, right?) Arch Linux

I just tested it on a clean profile and get the same results. I've discovered, though, that it's not the default configuration it's using: this shows the default, and this shows what it appears to be using when TST is enabled (AFAICT).

This problem was fixed on the version 0.11.2011032401. http://piro.sakura.ne.jp/xul/_treestyletab.html.en#focused-folding-item%28folding-item-history-151%29

If you installed TST from the Mozilla Add-ons website, for a while TST won't be updated automatically, because newer versions are not reviewed yet by AMO Editors. (For several months it is under the status "Awaiting Preliminary Review" !) You need to install newer versions manually from "view all versions" list or my website.
